The House is located about 50 feet from the high tide mark. The beach side has an outside shower, 2 foot baths, and a 2000 sq foot upper deck. There are two staircases and 1 ramp to the beach as well as a staircase to the upper deck. The upper deck gives amazing 360 degree views and as you can see the beach is all yours. There is a concrete patio on the sand at the bottom of the stairs that has been added since these pictures. There is a two car and a single car garage. The double car garage is available to renters.
The back patio is 25' deep and 70' wide. It has an outside bar with a SS BBQ Grill and a shower. There is a Jacuzzi as well as surround sound for your enjoyment. This is the best place to just relax, watch the kids or drink a cerveza. If the weather is bad but you still want to be outside then you can retreat to the fully surrounded rear courtyard where you can enjoy an outside meal or just a drink with friends in complete shelter from the wind but still enjoy the fresh air.....Also a great place for a little siesta or to curl up with a good book !
The main room is amazing. 24" travertine flooring, one of a kind Granite countertops, and beautiful hand crafted cantera stone. There is a 23' tall boveda ceiling with glass turretts, ceiling fans, a 28 foot wide glass sliding door and a seperate 350sq foot entertainment room with Surround sound and a 50" Plasma TV . There is also an inside bar with a filtered water ice maker, a bar frig and a small wine cooler. We have blenders, glasses and all the items necessary to create that magical beach side creation. The kitchen has 18 cubic feet of refrigerator and the same for the freezer. There is a 60" Wolf range, a stainless steel dish washer and microwave, as well as all of the pots, pans, dishes, and utensils to keep the hunger at bay. A true gourmet kitchen, it even includes a pot faucet over the range to delight the true enthusiast !!
The house has under ground electric, unlimited water supply, and state of the art septic system. Our community is fed by well water and we have personally had it tested in Tuscon and shown it to meet US standards in all areas. In addition we store nearly 3000 gallons of fresh water on the premises in the event the well pumps were to have issues. Water is no problema ! There is no generator or solar cells here, just good old utility provided electricity. The house has 5 Trane air conditioning units to provide complete comfort in both summer and winter. We have patio furniture both beach side and in the courtyard and provide beach chairs for your use. The house will soon have satelite service as well as free internet to allow extended stays. Phone service is not available but most cell phone carriers will provide Mexican service if requested. Even then the service is spotty, but who needs a phone when you are in Paradise !!
